Returns and exchanges

Thank you for shopping at MOOS STUDIO. We hope you love your item as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, kindly read the instructions below in order to proceed with a return or an exchange.

 

Return and exchange conditions:

- The package should reach us in 14 days. Any packages arriving outside of this time-frame will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

- The item should arrive in its original packaging with all the labels attached. MOOS STUDIO will not accept returns of faulty items which have been worn, altered or washed. Please keep the label on the product if you are unsure about keeping it. We cannot accept returns without the label attached.

- Shipping costs, custom duties and bank taxes are non-refundable. After the refund is processed, the reimbursement should appear on your bank statement within 14 days, depending on the card issuer. In case of return the shipping cost will be deducted:

International: 25 EURO oneway

Romania: 30 RON

- Items bought in-store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Requesting a return:

- International: Email us at contact@moosstudio.com and we will arrange a pick-up from your home.

- Romania: Please inform us of your intention of returning your item and then contact FANcourier - (021) 9336 to place the pick-up order. The courier will come to collect the parcel. The parcel must arrive in   MOOS SWISS BRAND SRL, Blvd. DACIA 42, Parter,  Bucharest, 0744106279

 

Requesting an exchange:

For both international and local orders, we kindly ask you to proceed with placing an order as per usual on our website, specifying that you want an exchange in the ‘Notes’ section. You will be contacted by a member of our team shortly.

 Every item leaving our studio is thoroughly inspected and packed with love and care. However, in the event in which you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team immediately at contact@moosstudio.com.

In the event in which you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, please email our customer service team at contact@moosstudio.com.
