Returns and exchanges

For return:

The package should reach us in 14 days. We recommend returning the product as soon as possible upon receipt and considering that you will not be keeping the item.

Any packages arriving outside of this timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

MOOS STUDIO will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. 

Please, do not remove the label tag from the product if you just want to try the product and are not sure if you will keep it. We do not accept the product if the label is not attached.

The refunds should appear on your bank statement in up to 14 days (how long depends on your card issuer).

Please be aware that customs duties, bank processing fees and shipping fee are NOT refundable.

Kindly be aware that the exchange service is provided at no cost; however, in the event of a product return, any previously incurred shipping fees will be non-refundable.

Items on sale are eligible for return, however, all shipping fees will be deducted.

Before your parcel leaves our studios, it is fully checked by our team. However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.

TO ARRANGE A RETURN

For international: Email us  contact@moosstudio.com and we will arrange a pick-up from your home.

For Romania: Please inform us of your intention to return and then contact FANcourier – (021) 9336 to place the pick-up order. The courier will come to collect the parcel.

  • Request an return by mailing us at contact@moos.ro / contact@moosstudio.com
  • Pack your items securely in the original box.
  • Print and attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box, removing any other label on the parcel. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and bank processing fees which will be deducted from the refund. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
  • Bank charges are non-refundable

Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and an email will be sent to you.

MOOS monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone.  

TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

  • To make an exchange, simply order the item you would like as a new purchase and return the previous order.
  • Our team will send you a waybill label to return the item you wish to exchange. 
  • Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.
  • Print and attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box, removing all other label on the parcel. 
  • Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined day.

Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and an email will be sent to you.
