💡 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If for any reason your order isn't the perfect fit, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, simply visit our Return Request page and complete the online form. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of your return request.
• All products must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Please pack your return carefully to avoid any damage during transit.
• Unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

📦 Costs: Shipping, customs, and bank fees are non-refundable.

Requesting an exchange:

For both international and local orders, we kindly ask you to proceed with placing an order as per usual on our website, specifying that you want an exchange in the ‘Notes’ section. 

Every item leaving our studio is thoroughly inspected and packed with love and care. However, in the event in which you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team immediately at contact@moosstudio.com.

Return Costs

Please note that duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable once customs clearance has been completed. In the event of a return, any duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and related import charges incurred on your order will be deducted from the refund amount.
