We want you to love your MOOS STUDIO piece! If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 14 days in its original condition with tags attached.

💡 How to return:

• International: Your order includes a return label inside the package — no need to request one! Just reuse the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at DHL EXPRESS.

📦 Costs: Return shipping fees apply (€25–€90 internationally, 30 RON in Romania). Shipping, customs, and bank fees are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-returnable: In-store & customized items.

Requesting an exchange:

For both international and local orders, we kindly ask you to proceed with placing an order as per usual on our website, specifying that you want an exchange in the ‘Notes’ section. You will be contacted by a member of our team shortly.

 Every item leaving our studio is thoroughly inspected and packed with love and care. However, in the event in which you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team immediately at contact@moosstudio.com.

In the event in which you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, please email our customer service team at contact@moosstudio.com.
