Currently, we regret to inform you that we do not offer delivery services to Russia at this time.
Cancelation & Return Policy
You can cancel your order within 3 business days from the day you received the Order Confirmation.
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.moosstudio.com / moos.ro, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we can only accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. The package should reach us in 14 days. We recommend returning the product as soon as possible upon receipt and considering that you will not be keeping the item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, bank processing fees and custom duties which will be deducted from the refund. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all MOOS tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.
Before your parcel leaves our studios, it is fully checked by our team. However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.
MOOS will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
For international: Email us contact@moosstudio.com and we will arrange a pick-up from your home.
For Romania: Please inform us of your intention to return and then contact FANcourier – (021) 9336 to place the pick-up order. The courier will come to collect the parcel.

Refund
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s), except for the return shipping charges, bank fees and custom duties which are the client’s responsibility.
A time frame of anywhere between 5-10 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder.
Please be aware that international customs duties and taxes are NOT refundable.Bank charges are non-refundable.
