Shipping and Delivery

What do you need to know 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bucharest, Romania.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimated in business days. Orders placed after Friday's cut-off time or during the weekend will be processed starting Monday.

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier services, particularly during peak seasons, holidays, or customs processing.

The price you see at checkout is the final price. All shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are included, so you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note that duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable after customs clearance. In the event of a return, any duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and related import charges incurred on your order will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

DUTIES — What they mean and how they work 

 

Deliveries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that all duties and taxes are covered by MOOS STUDIO, based on your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note that custom duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these are paid by us to your local authorities when your parcel arrives in your country. If you decide to return your order, the amount corresponding to these duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund. We recommend checking your country’s import policy before placing an order if you’d like to understand how these charges are applied.

Currently, we regret to inform you that we do not offer delivery services to Russia, Ukraine, Afganistan, Iran, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe at this time.

For shipments to Azerbaijan, all deliveries are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means the customer is responsible for paying any import duties and taxes upon delivery. Please inform us once payment is made so we can reimburse the cost of duties.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard: 3-10 business days  

Express: 2-4 business days 

This represents an estimated timeframe; Please note that, on rare occasions, couriers may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We kindly recommend placing your order in advance to avoid any delivery inconveniences.

All duties and taxes are included in the final price. Please note that duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable after customs clearance.

United Kingdom On returns we deduct the actual import charges paid + return shipping = 100 USD
Switzerland On returns we deduct the actual import charges paid + return shipping = 100 USD
United States On returns we deduct the actual import charges paid +  return shipping = 150 USD
Canada & Mexico On returns we deduct the actual import charges paid + return shipping = 150 USD
Asia & Middle East On returns we deduct the actual import charges paid + return shipping = 150 USD
Australia & New Zealand On returns we deduct the actual import charges paid + return shipping = 150 USD
Rest of the World On returns we deduct the actual import charges paid + return shipping = 150 USD

 

Cancelation policy

For orders that are not delivered and are canceled at the customer’s request, a fee of 5% will be retained. This amount represents the processing costs we pay to Shopify Payments for card transactions.

Please place an order only if you are certain you wish to receive it, in order to avoid  additional charges.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our Bucharest address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Return policy

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.moosstudio.com / moos.ro, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we can only accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order.  

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, bank processing fees and custom duties which will be deducted from the refund. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.

Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all MOOS tags and labels still attached.  Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.

MOOS will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
